According to Robbins, what holds people back is they lack the strategy or skills or the business acumen to play the game and win. Or, if they have the strategy and skills, then they lack the psychology it takes to succeed, whether it’s limiting beliefs, or a lack of mental toughness, or failure to pay attention and make better data-driven decisions, and get emotionally wrapped up in things, or let their passion blind them.
