The InboxDollars rewards program has been around for 15 years and has close to 1.5 million Facebook likes. At $30, their cash out threshold is on the high side, but they offer a $5 sign-up bonus. Even if you don't do anything more than use their search and earn function, you can reach the cash out amount.
