I did some rate comparisons and found that Giving Assistant did often offer significantly higher (up to double) cash back rates than other sites. Their rates matched the best of those at TopCashBack, a site outlined below which also passes along its full commission. Plus they offer a referral program, a $5 sign up bonus, and a low cash out threshold which makes this program appealing.
