Teach

You don't have to be a certified teacher to teach a class. If you have a special skill, pitch a non-credit class to the community college. Instead of teaching a course through the college, arrange your own private class. For example, if you are a master at cake decorating, teach a cake decorating class to a group of interested students. Consider your talents, interests and strengths before deciding on the type of class to teach.
