You already have a wealth of knowledge and experience and now you can pass it down to the next generation of medical practitioners. Think of an angle you can take that will make it a niche. Maybe it could be geared towards helping newbies get into the right mindset, telling them what to expect what you would have differently. Providing good honest feedback from someone who's actually yin the field is what will help you generate followers.
