Online surveys are a small but reliable way to make fast income online. You set up an account with a survey website and then answers surveys based on your demographic qualifications. For example, some surveys may only want females over the age of 25 to answer – or people age 18 and older who listen to the radio. Be wary of websites that claim you don’t qualify for any surveys. These sites may just be taking your personal information with no intent to pay you. Below are some websites where you can take paid online surveys.
This is a typical online survey website. The availability of surveys is based on your demographics. After you complete the surveys online, you can redeem your points for either cash or an Amazon gift card. What I like about Opinion Outpost is that the redemption minimum is low: $5 for cash via PayPal and $10 for an Amazon gift card. This means you don’t have to wait a long time to get your money – you make money fast!
Harris Poll is one of the world’s oldest market research companies. When you sign up to take online surveys with Harris Poll, you immediately get your first survey to start racking up points. After that, you’ll start receiving invitations to take other surveys and get more points. Points can be redeemed for a variety of gift cards. The topics range from consumer products to technology to politics. It’s a good way to earn some cash while sharing your opinion with top companies. What I like about Harris Poll is that if you start a survey but don’t qualify for it, you’ll still get some points and be entered into Harris Poll’s sweepstakes. This way, you’re not wasting your time with surveys you don’t qualify for. It’s a Nielsen company, so you know it’s legit.
Digital Voice is also a Nielsen company. Okay, this one isn’t exactly an online survey site. But I thought it was worth mentioning. You simply download the Digital Voice app to your browser and search the web. Nielsen uses your browsing history as research information. In return, you are entered into monthly sweepstakes to win up to $10,000! The longer you keep the app installed and keep browsing the web, the more chances you have to win money. As long as you are an active user, you’ll never be removed from the sweepstakes list of entries. I think it’s a pretty effortless way to possibly earn big bucks.
This is an online survey site used by college students for their academic research. You get points (usually around 50) for answering short surveys. 150 points equals $5 via PayPal. 300 points equals $10 via PayPal or an Amazon gift card. The pro is that the surveys are usually short (less than 10 minutes to complete) and the content is usually relevant to you and interesting. The con is that the surveys are available sparingly – maybe 5 to 7 each month.
This is a marketplace where anyone can offer tasks (or Human Intelligence Tasks) for workers to complete. There are plenty of tasks on the website – and plenty of surveys. A lot of them are also college research related. (I used Amazon Mechanical Turk for a research paper in college myself). I have found video reaction surveys to be quite common as well. The surveys on this site are very short and usually pay small amounts like one or three dollars. The good side is that you can knock out a good amount of surveys in an hour. If you dedicate an hour each day to taking surveys on Amazon Mechanical Turk, you can make anywhere from 50 to 100 dollars in a week.
What side hustles have you done to make money fast?
