When merchanting, don't just stand around going "item for sale 3k", or whatever. Try to make your ads appealing because they will stand out more and sell faster. When merchanting an item, always ask for a price check on Global Chat first. This could save you a lot of time standing around unsuccessfully trying to sell the item, or save you from being scammed. If a customer doesn't want to buy something, they just don't. Bothering them or yelling at them will give you a bad reputation and you might sell less items. If you are very weak, bring along a friend and you can fight together, splitting any profits you make.
