10. Make Documentaries About People’s Parents

There are people who make money online by making “documentaries” of people’s aging parents. Children of aging parents often want to create some sort of record of their parents’ lives before it is too late. To fill this need, people with video production skills can have people mail them boxes of old photos and then scan them into a computer. They can also interview the parents over the phone, even going as far as to mail an inexpensive video camera for the parents or their children to set up to record the interview. They can then write and record narration to go with the photos and the video and stitch the documentary together.
