Another way to make money online with your own website is with sponsorships. Not every website will pull in enough visitors to make money with affiliate programs or Google ads. Sponsorships work by pulling together a relatively small group of people with similar interests and then selling space on the site to companies that cater to those interests.
For example, if you have a website dedicated to everything about paddleboards, you might not get enough affiliate or ad revenue to make a living. But a paddleboard company or a collection of paddleboard companies might pay a small amount each to sponsor the site.
