Payments are done through Google wallet. You can either charge on per minute basis or per Helpout session. You can either choose both to offer or any one pricing scheme. Generally providers provides both the pricing plans to users so that they can freely choose the service in which they’re comfortable to.
At the end, Helpout will ask the user to write a review about the quality of service delivered. It users money-back policy so, if users is not satisfied, he/she can apply for a refund within 72 hours for a Helpout.
Being a provider you can also charge cancellation fee for which customers must call in 24 hours prior to the session to avoid the fee.
