19. Do It for the Money

The more you chase it, the more elusive it becomes.


It’s like chasing happiness.


You end up focusing on the wrong things.


Instead of focusing on customers and creating great value, you end up trying to find the minimum you can do to make a buck. Customers sniff this out. When you don’t have their best interest, they try to find somebody else who does.
